1. Scope and definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the AmpouLabs website and to all orders you place through it. The contract is between you ("Customer", "you") and AmpouLabs Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales.

Definitions: "Products" means the research peptides and related items we sell; "Order" means your request to purchase Products; "Contract" means the binding agreement formed when we accept your Order; "Research use" means in vitro and laboratory use only, as described on our Research Use Only page. 2. Information you receive before and after ordering

Before you place an order we provide, and you confirm at checkout: our business name (AmpouLabs Ltd) and contact details (email: info@ampoulabs.com); a description of the goods (research-grade peptides for in vitro / laboratory use only); the total price in British Pounds (GBP); payment methods (bank transfer and crypto) and when payment is due; delivery arrangements, costs, and timeframes (see our Shipping & Returns page); and your right to cancel (if you are a consumer) and our returns policy. You will receive order confirmation and, where relevant, a copy of the contract (e.g. by email) no later than at the time of delivery.

3. Research use only and who you are

All products sold on this website are intended exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not medicines, supplements, food products, or medical devices. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• Products will be used only for research purposes
• Products are for research and laboratory use only
• Products are not medicines, supplements, or medical devices
• You will not resell products as consumer goods or for personal use
• You are at least 18 years of age, or you have authority to bind your organisation

We sell to both businesses (e.g. laboratories, institutions) and consumers (e.g. individual researchers). Where you are a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your statutory rights (including the 14-day right to cancel a distance contract) apply and cannot be excluded. Where you are acting in the course of a business, we may agree different or limited cancellation and return terms as set out in these Terms and our Shipping & Returns page. 4. Formation of contract and acceptance

The Contract is formed when we accept your order (e.g. by sending an order confirmation email or by processing your payment). We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. due to stock, compliance, or suspected fraud). Prices and availability are as shown at the time you place the order; if we discover an error or unavailability before taking payment, we will inform you and will not charge you for unavailable items.

5. Price and payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP). Prices are exclusive of shipping unless otherwise stated. Orders of £250 or more (subtotal) qualify for free shipping. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page.

Payment methods:

• Bank transfer (BACS / Faster Payments): After you place an order we provide our bank details and your unique order reference. Payment is due within the period stated at checkout (e.g. within a set number of days). We process the order upon receipt and verification of payment.
• Crypto: If you choose crypto payment, we send payment instructions or a secure payment link to your email. Orders are processed upon receipt and verification of payment. Terms of the crypto payment provider may apply.

If payment is not received within the required time we may cancel the order. We do not store card details; payment is by bank transfer or crypto only as described.

6. Delivery, risk and title

We dispatch orders from the United Kingdom within 1–2 working days of confirmed payment. Delivery timeframes depend on the option you choose at checkout (e.g. Tracked 24 typically delivers the next working day; Special Delivery guarantees next working day). Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. We currently ship within the UK only unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed (except where we state a guarantee, e.g. Special Delivery).

Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you on delivery (or when we hand the goods to the carrier, if we use that rule for a particular service). Title: We retain title to the Products until we have received payment in full.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Consumer cancellation right: If you are a consumer, you may cancel the Contract within 14 days of the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive the Products. To cancel, inform us in a durable form (e.g. email to info@ampoulabs.com). If you cancel, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the Products back or of proof that you have sent them back. We may deduct an amount for any diminution in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

Returns policy: Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or used products. Unopened items in their original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details (and photographs where helpful); we will arrange a replacement or refund. Full details, including how to initiate a return, are on our Shipping & Returns page. Do not return items without prior authorisation.

Business customers: For orders placed in the course of business, returns are accepted only as agreed or as set out in our returns policy above.

8. Liability and disclaimers

Products are supplied as research materials only. We make no claims regarding suitability for any specific application. We do not accept liability for misuse of products or use outside their intended research purpose. Product descriptions and documentation are for identification and research context only; we do not guarantee fitness for a particular application beyond the stated research use.

For business customers: we limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss to the value of the Order (or such other cap as may be agreed). For consumers: we do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where you are a consumer. Our terms are intended to be fair and compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of AmpouLabs Ltd or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission. You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site (e.g. by attempting unauthorised access, automated scraping without permission, or any unlawful or harmful activity).

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR); we will inform you if an ADR scheme applies.
